The registration fee covers a conference program, Friday lunch and banquet dinner, and Saturday lunch. Regular registration fees are listed below.Registration and payment at the door will be a flat fee of $80. Fees: There are two possible methods of payment. Please make a payment option and then proceed through the registration process. Accommodations for the 2008 conference are available through InnSuites - Fort Worth.
